 Betsey Paul is a managing-member of BCP Mechanical. She served in the Marine Corps as a safety equipment mechanic (life support systems) for the F/A-18 Hornet. She has 30 years' experience managing people and projects. She holds BA in Organizational Management. She enjoys meeting the challenges associated with high- risk projects and seeing the systems come online on time and in budget. 

Chester Paul is a managing-member of BCP Mechanical. He served in the Army as an EOD specialist. He has been working in the mechanical industry for 20 years, specializing in federal contracts for 18 years. He excels with design build projects, direct digital controls, and finds the challenge of projects with complex timelines rewarding.  

Josh Patrone has 17 years of experience in the mechanical industry as sheet metal journeyman. He excels in strategic planning and problem solving while promoting open communication with the customer and end user to ensure successful project completion.
