She has 29 years' experience managing people and projects. She holds BA in Organizational Management. She enjoys meeting the challenges associated with high- risk projects and seeing the systems come online on time and in budget.

Chester Paul is a managing-member of BCP Mechanical. He served in the Army as an EOD specialist. He has been working in the mechanical industry for 20 years, specializing in federal contracts for 16 years. He excels with design build projects, direct digital controls, and finds the challenge of projects with complex timelines rewarding.

Josh Patrone is BCP Mechanical's lead project manager. He has 16 years of experience in the mechanical industry as sheet metal journeyman. He excels in strategic planning and problem solving while promoting open communication with the customer and end user to ensure successful project completion.

Our team of industry experts is one of the most experienced and well qualified in all of the West coast. With engineering/partnering, our project managers work closely with the designers and engineers in the conceptual phase of the project. BCP Mechanical employees are encouraged to be innovative and creative, teaming with the architects, owners, and general contractors to solve any problems they might encounter. As a result, we have developed a proven system of budget and construction cost estimating that brings our projects to conclusion with extreme accuracy and often gives the owner a below budget final cost.
